This full automatic metal clips stamping line is a professional integrated stamping solution specially designed for standard metal clip forming, flat plate and L type profile punching & mass production. The whole line consists of 2 in 1 uncoiler & straightener, NC servo feeder and 45-ton precision stamping press with progressive die. It realizes fully automatic coil feeding, straightening, precise feeding and high speed stamping molding, featuring stable operation, high dimensional accuracy and outstanding production efficiency. It is widely applicable for mass processing of hardware metal clips with punching holes.

Production Performance & Advantages
The whole line achieves automated pipeline production with simple structure and convenient operation. The stable production capacity reaches 40 to 60PCS per minute, with high finished product qualification rate. Compatible with all kinds of automatic peripheral equipment, it can be upgraded to fully unmanned production line later.
